Conversion of Hill, Norman & Beard church organ console to Hauptwerk virtual theatre organ

Project: Conversion of a 3-manual HNB church organ console to a digital sampled theatre organ using Hauptwerk

Summary: HWS has been commissioned to convert a 3-manual church organ console to a virtual theatre organ. The console originally controlled a pipe organ, which had been rebuilt by HNB in the 1930s but previously was of Hope-Jones construction. It therefore seems quite appropriate that the console is now finding a new life as a theatre organ, albeit a digitally sampled one.
